潮聲小築（以下稱「本 App」）不收集、不分享任何個人資料。
1. 不需要帳號
本 App 不需要註冊或登入，也不使用任何分析、廣告或當機回報服務，不使用廣告 ID。
2. 存在裝置上的資料
遊戲進度、設定、在 App 裡拍的照片、下載的內容，只存在你的裝置上，不會上傳；解除安裝本 App 時一併刪除（電腦版的存檔與下載的內容在解除安裝後保留，可以手動刪除存檔資料夾）。
3. 網路連線
- 下載角色、造型、場景時，本 App 會透過 HTTPS 連到 Telegram 的伺服器（api.telegram.org）取得檔案。
- 啟動時，本 App 會讀取這個網站上的版本資訊（https://daniel098962.github.io/tidehouse/version.json），檢查有沒有新版本。
- 這些連線只用來下載內容與檢查新版，不傳送任何個人資料。和所有網路連線一樣，伺服器會看到你的 IP 位址；Telegram 與 GitHub 依它們各自的隱私權政策處理連線紀錄。
4. 權限
手機版只使用網路權限，用來下載內容與檢查新版。
5. 對象
本 App 的對象是 18 歲以上的使用者，不以兒童為對象。

本政策如有變更，會更新在這個頁面。

Tide House ("the app") does not collect or share any personal data.
1. No account
The app needs no sign-up or sign-in and uses no analytics, advertising or crash-reporting services. It does not use the advertising ID.
2. Data on your device
Game progress, settings, photos taken in the app and downloaded content stay on your device and are never uploaded. They are deleted when you uninstall the app (on desktop, saves and downloads remain after uninstalling and can be deleted from the save folder).
3. Network
- To download characters, outfits and places, the app connects over HTTPS to Telegram's servers (api.telegram.org).
- At startup, the app reads the version information on this site (https://daniel098962.github.io/tidehouse/version.json) to check for updates.
- These connections are only used to download content and check for updates and send no personal data. As with any connection, the servers see your IP address; Telegram and GitHub handle connection logs under their own privacy policies.
4. Permissions
On Android, the app only uses the Internet permission, to download content and check for updates.
5. Audience
The app is intended for users aged 18 and over and is not directed at children.
6. Changes
Any changes to this policy will be posted on this page.
